The Book Cliffs of eastern Utah have produced some exceptional bucks over the years. When G. Krikke drew this permit he wanted a guide that had the experience to help him find the best buck possible. After looking over countless bucks in the 140 to 160 range, this buck, scoring 176, was finally found. A split brow tine and several scorable points around the burrs gave this buck some added character.
